Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through walsunny.com you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to purchases within the USA.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A. Return window
Item purchased from walsunny.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window.

If you notify us that you want to cancel an order before it is shipped out, we will cancel the order and issue the full refund to you.

B. Packaging

To be eligible for a return, when you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using over-sized boxes or packaging. If the product required assembly, disassemble the item first.

C. Return reason:

Seller needs to send the prepaid return label or do the returnless refund if the reason is at seller’s fault. If the reason is at customer’s fault, customer needs to bear the return shipping.

Note:

If the return is due to customer’s error or fault, product must be brand new and unused, also be returned with the original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee besides the return shipping.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price; depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs).

The buyer returns an used item with minor damage.

Yes. Up to 25% of item's price.

The buyer returns an used item with severe damage.

The buyer returns an item within the return window with obvious signs of use that was not caused by the seller.

The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns the item within the return window. But the seller receives the item with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to  seller error.

D. Return process

We will identify your return reason and let you know if you need to pay for the return shipping.

We are responsible to issue the prepaid return labels when the return reason is due to seller’s fault or we can also choose a returnless refund so tyou don’t have to return the item

You need to return the item at your own expense when the return reason is due to customer’s fault.

E. Return address

You need to contact us at jamfofficial@nbjamf.com for the return address when you decide to return.

F. Replacement
When the item arrives damaged, missing parts or accessories or when a wrong item is received, it is recommended that you contact us at jamfofficial@nbjamf.com for a replacement. The replacement is at our expense for the above quality reasons.
